marinated calamari
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 700g squid
2 lemons 1 shallot, minced
4 c. tablespoon olive oil 2
c. tablespoon chopped parsley
2 c. Coffee Espelette pepper
Preparation:
1. Wash and cut the tentacles of squid. Chop them with a knife so that they cook better and set aside in a bowl.
2. In a bowl, make a marinade by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, minced Chalotte, the Espelette pepper and chopped parsley. Dip the squid in the preparation, stir then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let marinate for 3 hours, taking care to mix the ingredients every hour.
3. Preheat Kokko high heat. Pour directly squid on the plate with their marinade. Cook for 10 minutes while taking care to return to grill on each side.
