Mushroom omelette

6 eggs
150g Paris mushrooms
25 cl of fresh cream
Chopped parsley

clove garlic Preparation:
1. Preheat Kokko low heat. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms with water and cut into slices. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them with milk.
2. On your Kokko, cook the mushrooms with the chopped garlic for 5 minutes, stirring. Pour beaten eggs over the mushrooms and sprinkle the parsley omelette.
3. As soon as the eggs are no longer runny, return your omelet.
Serve hot!
