Noodles with lime and coconut milk

bowls Ingredients
udon noodles 250g 1/2 tablespoon
oil 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 small shallot
1 small clove garlic
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger coffee
coconut milk 140ml
2 tablespoons lime juice coffee
2 teaspoons nuoc nam Some

Preparation:
1. cook noodles in a large amount of salt water boiled.
2. Do not cook too long: drain when they are al dente, and then pass it under cold water (for good stop cooking), then drain.
3. Chop shallot finely.
4. Peel and grate the garlic. Stir the shallot, garlic and ginger.
5. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the mixture about 3 minutes. Mix the coconut milk, lime and nuoc nam. Pour this mixture in the wok and simmer relatively low heat for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
6. Add udon noodles in the sauce. When hot, it's ready! Serve in a bowl by adding a few coriander leaves for decoration!
