Lemon Salmon Skewers

Ingredients
2 salmon steaks (beautiful thick)
2 lemons
Sesame seeds
Oil olive
Persil Fleur de sel Preparation
1. Cut the lemons into slices and chop the parsley. Cut the salmon steaks into cubes.
2. With skewers, make 4 skewers, alternating a piece of salmon and a folded slice of lemon in half.
3. Sprinkle the skewers with chopped parsley and sesame seeds. Season with pepper, a little salt, a little olive oil.
