Tomato Steaks
Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 5 min - For 2 people
Ingredients 1 tomato beef heart
Balsamic Cream
olive oil Sea salt Pepper
Preparation
1. Remove the two ends of the tomato, then cut in half to obtain two thick slices.
2. The hot Kokko, pour an olive oil and tomato cook steaks 2 minutes on each side.
3. Serve the steaks on a bed of lamb's lettuce and season with a lap of pepper, a little salt, a drizzle of olive oil and some balsamic cream drops.
Tip: You can use a flavored salt (eg Espelette pepper). Tomatoes should be slightly creamy inside but must not from pureed. You can use tomato steak with fries.
