1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
Paprika
Turmeric
Salt, pepper Preparation
1. Wash peppers and cut them into thin strips. Chop the onion. Preheat Kokko to normal fire.
2. Once hot, place the chopped onion and pepper strips on your Kokko. Cook for ten minutes.
3. Two minutes before the end, sprinkle with paprika and turmeric.
4. Serve hot!
Tip: Serve with fish or white meat. You can also enjoy entry into this recipe, leaving cool peppers with a light olive oil.
