Bagels with smoked bacon

Ingredients
8 smoked bacon rolls 4
bagels 4 eggs 200 g mushrooms
12 cl of fresh cream butter
Chives Preparation:
1. Preheat Kokko low heat. Clean the mushrooms with water and cut them into thin slices. Cut bagels buns in half and butter them. Beat the eggs omelette with cream and snipped chives. Add salt and pepper.
2. On your Kokko, pour beaten eggs and stir them regularly to make scrambled eggs. Meanwhile, cook your bacon slices and the mushrooms, and the bread bagel for them lightly golden.
3. Make your plate: layer the bacon, eggs and mushrooms and close the bread. Serve hot!
