Smoked Duck Breast and green beans with smoked almonds

600g duck 500g
coarse salt 1 kg of beans
50 g almond
50 g butter salt and pepper Preparation
1. Put the duck breasts in 500 g coarse salt, above and below, then arrange them cool ( refrigerator) for 4 hours.
2. Place the duck in your Kokko skin side on the grill and allow to smoke 30 minutes
3. Let stand in the refrigerator.
4. Place the almonds in a baking dish, and arrange them in your Kokko for a smoking 15 minutes.
5. To continue, boil the beans for 15 minutes.
6. Then make them in a pan with butter and add the smoked almonds and season with salt and pepper.
7. Finally, make your plate with beans and duck.
