Risotto with smoked shrimps and asparagus
Preparation time: 20 minutes - Cooking time: 1 hour - Serves: 4 people Ingredients
660g basmati rice 350g prawns (shelled) 200 g
green asparagus oil olive
5 ml lemon juice 70g of cheese or brie (depending on your preference)
Preparation:

4. In a skillet, sauté the onions and add the asparagus mixture and finally the garlic / lemon prepared earlier.

6. Meanwhile, prepare the shrimp. Salt and pepper them, then add them to your Kokko for cooking along with asparagus.
7. And cook, next, your basmati rice for 15 minutes.
8. When ready, make your dish.
9. Melt the chosen cheese and pour it on top of your dish.
