Camenbert melted onion and bacon
1 Roscoff pink onion
50g smoked bacon
1. Switch on your Kokko and set it to an enclosure temperature of 280°C.
2. Prepare the cheese by pricking it on top so that it does not burst while cooking.
3. Peel and finely slice the onion, cut the smoked bacon and place it all on the cheese.
4. Place it on the grill and cook it for 20 minutes with the traps closed.
5. Take out the cheese and mix it well before eating it.
