Sweet potatoes in papillote and melted cheese
8 medium sweet potatoes
Melted cheese like cheddar
1 bunch of chives
1. Switch on your Kokko and set it to an enclosure temperature of 200°C. On a sheet of aluminium foil, put a pinch of salt, a dash of hazelnut oil and a sweet potato, close the foil and repeat the operation.
2. Place the potatoes in the aluminium foil on the cooking grid and cook your sweet potatoes for 40 minutes. Once the time is up, remove them from the heat and let them rest for 10 minutes.
3. Open the papillote, taking care to keep the aluminium around the potato, dig the potatoes and put a generous spoon of cheese in it, put the potatoes back on the closed grid for 2 minutes and then serve them immediately with chopped chives.
