Banana crumble cooked in a wood fire

INGREDIENTS:
4 bananas
2cl dark rum
25g dried cranberries
25g of Goji berries
25g of Muesli
15g pumpkin seeds
15g dried bananas

PREPARATION:
1. Switch on your Kokko and set it to an oven temperature of 220°C, place your bananas on the ½ indirect hob and place them in the appliance.
2. Cook the Bananas for 25 minutes until they ooze slightly, remove them at that time and leave them on the plate for another 10 minutes.
3. Once the bananas are warm, cut them in half and transfer them to a small bowl, crush them with a fork and add the rum.
4. Arrange this banana compote in small ramekins, sprinkle with cranberries, goji berries, muesli, pumpkin seeds and dried banana and then put the ramekins back into the cooker, cooking on the grill for 8 minutes.
5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or caramel if you wish.
