Bruschetta Grilled Shrimp
Cooking time: 6 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 people Ingredients
4 slices of country bread 100g rocket 12
raw shrimp 1 c. tablespoon olive oil
1 c. tablespoon
lemon juice 100 g of salted butter softened
2 garlic cloves, 4 or 5 parsley stems
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Chop parsley and garlic . Incorporate them in softened butter to prepare the garlic butter. Pepper and mix with a fork. Cool and refrigerate.
2. Peel shrimp, leaving the last ring and tail.
3. Spread the country bread slices on one side with half of the garlic butter.
4. Heat the Kokko, lightly oil. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes, turning frequently.
5. Toast the bread, buttered side first and count 2 minutes per side for browned. When the shrimp are cooked, add the remaining garlic butter and mix quickly.
6. Arrange the slices on the plates. Place some salad seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice. Place the shrimp and some fresh herbs on top.
7. Serve warm or cold, it's ready!
