3 slices cured ham smoked
1 thyme
1 egg

Crumbs flour
green Salad Preparation:
1. Open Babybel. In three different small bowls, place the flour, bread crumbs and beaten oef. Cover Babybel flour, then dip them in oef and breadcrumbs.
2. Repeat a second time to get a nice layer of breading. Cut the ham slices in half lengthwise.
3. Wrap the cheese with a slice of ham, and slide two pieces of thyme under the ham.
4. On the hot Kokko put a dash of oil and brown the cheese on each side. Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce.
Tip: You can prepare the recipe in advance, place your fresh cheese and brown before serving the dish to your guests. You can flavor your batter with spices.
