Mackerel Grilled Eastern
Cooking time: 25 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 4 medium sized mackerel
1 c. tablespoon harissa
1 pinch ground cumin
1 orange 1/2 red onion 50 gr
Niçoise olives 1/2 lemon
few chives 1 tsp.
tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Prepare oriental sauce: peel and finely slice the red onion. Cut the red pepper into small cubes. Peel the orange to bright and draw the supreme and cut them into small pieces. Chop the chives.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and orange pieces. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cool and refrigerate.
3. Lift the fillets on mackerel. Remove the edges to the clamp. Brush both sides of harissa. Add some cumin. Cool and refrigerate.
4. At the last moment, cook the mackerel fillets on hot Kokko and lightly oiled, 5 minutes on each side. Serve the fillets of mackerel hot or cold with oriental sauce.
