Crunchy honey goat
Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 6 people
Ingredients 6 goat cheese semi-dry thick
12 beautiful figs
1 egg
30 gr
flour 40g
crumbs 2 c.
tablespoons liquid honey A few sprigs fresh thyme
Olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Cut the goat cheese in half lengthwise if thick. Put them first in flour and then in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs for breading. Set aside 30 minutes in the freezer.
2. Heat the honey with thyme. Cut figs in half and brush the cut side of honey. Cool and refrigerate.
3. Heat the Kokko. Lightly oil the surface and brown goat cheese 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, add the figs and let them brown 2 minutes.
4. Arrange on plates. Add on top a little honey with thyme.
Tip: Serve on a bed of chorizo for added flavors p>.
