fried calamari and crunchy marinade

Ingredients 800g cleaned squid
1 small carrot 1/4 red pepper and 1/4 yellow pepper 1 celery stalk

1 c. tablespoons olive oil 1

1. Prepare marinade: Cut all vegetables into very small pieces. Deposit at As in a large bowl.
2. Add the juice and orange zest, allspice, salt and pepper. Pour in the olive oil and vinegar. Cool and refrigerate at least one hour.
3. Cut the squid bodies into pieces. Heat the Kokko. Oil slightly and cook the squid (body and tentacles) ten minutes.
4. Place on a paper towel and then present in the serving dish. Add the vegetable marinade, chives and chopped dill.
