Heat Kokko of the strongest fire. 5. Take each cutlet pork pierce there by in by in the longitudinal direction by two wooden skewers. 6. Cut the pork cutlet in the center to obtain two skewers. 7. Oil the griddle surface and remove the obtained skewers 8. 8. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the pork cutlets. 9.
