Beef tab and yakitori sauce
Cooking time: 20 min - Preparation time: 60 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 800g of beef tab
6 c. soy sauce 1 c
. tablespoons sugar
grated ginger 1 garlic clove, chopped
2 c. rice vinegar sauce yakitori
1. Make marinade by mixing the different ingredients and pour over the meat. Cool and refrigerate for an hour, turning the meat occasionally.
2. 10 minutes before the cooking, take the meat out of the fridge. Cook the meat on your Kokko 10 minutes per side.
3. Use accompanying Yakitori sauce.
Tip: Serve with green vegetables like green beans steamed and seized on Miss Kokko p>.
