For the United Kingdom, your order will automatically be invoiced inclusive of all taxes (VAT of 20% in the United Kingdom). Customs duties are paid by Verycook. You will not have to pay any charges after delivery of your order.

How does home delivery work?

Delivery is from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

For Kokko L and XL :
Our delivery partner DB SCHENKER will contact you by email and SMS to let you know that they have received the parcel in order to schedule a delivery date. Once delivery has been scheduled, the driver will call you to let you know that he has arrived. Your parcel will be handed over to you personally against signature. If the parcel is damaged, you must make reservations on the carrier's delivery note, but you can accept the parcel.

If you are absent, DB Schenker may offer to leave the parcel with one of your neighbours (if they can take charge of your parcel). In all cases, if your parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, DB SCHENKER will leave a delivery notice containing essential information for contacting them in order to organise a new delivery.

For Little Kokko and accessories:
Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to let you know that they have received the parcel. Once delivery has been scheduled, GLS will contact you by text message on the day of delivery and the driver will call you to let you know when he has arrived. Your parcel will be delivered to you personally against a signature.

If you are absent, GLS can suggest that you leave the parcel with one of your neighbours (if they can take your parcel). In all cases, if your parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, GLS will leave a delivery notice containing essential information for organising a new delivery.

Delivery of a Kokko is free by appointment. You can also tell us when you place your order (in the "Comments" section)
