HOW DOES THE KOKKO WORK?
The Kokko ceramic barbecue is extremely easy to operate. During cooking, air flows evenly from the bottom, passing through the coals and exiting through the chimney. The coals are getting warmer and warmer because they are constantly fanned by the passing air flow.
THE HIGH THICKNESS OF THE CERAMIC PREVENTS HEAT LOSS AND CONCENTRATES THE TEMPERATURE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THE COALS QUICKLY TURN RED AND GLOWING.
The Kokko is equipped with 2 ventilation sources to manage the air flow. These vents are positioned at the top and bottom of the Kamado and can be easily adjusted.
When you have finished cooking, the easiest way is to close the 2 vents and the dome. The oxygen no longer enters, the coals are no longer supplied, the fire goes out.
