HOW TO CONTROL
THE KOKKO TEMPERATURE?
The key to successful perfect cooking with the Kokko is to control and perform some temperature controls.
The perfect temperature can be found by adjusting the air flow through the chimney and the hatch at the bottom of the barbecue.
The indications given by the thermometer will allow you to know the temperatures easily.

THE SECRET OF A SMOKY TASTE:
If you like smoky flavours, simply leave the dome closed and open the hatch at the bottom of the barbecue.
GIVE A MORE CLASSIC TASTE:
Otherwise a more classic cooking will be to open the chimney open to 1/3 and the hatch at the bottom of the barbecue open to 2/3.
