Where can I find the tracking number of my order?

The tracking number of your order will be communicated to you via email and in your Verycook account as soon as your order has been shipped. You can easily find them in your customer account under: Orders - order history - click on "DETAILS" to retrieve your tracking number.


How do I download my receipt?

Your invoice is available in your My Account space.

How do I create my Verycook account?

How can I benefit from the program "friends sign up friends"?

If you would like to benefit from our program "friends sign up friends" program and receive a voucher code, you only need to send us the contact details of your friend that is already a Verychef via e-mail to happy@verycook.co.uk. After that, you will receive a voucher code for £25 that you can use to buy your plancha grill. Your friend will receive a gift card in the value of £25 that is vaild for our entire online shop as soon as you have received your plancha.

You can benefit from this program as often as you want and, furthermore, you can accummulate the gift cards.

Which payment methods are available?

• via bank transfer: confirmation of the order as soon as the bank transfer has been received. After receipt of the bank transfer you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Our partner, the bank "Crédit Agricole", guarantees that your personal data is 100% secure while using any kind of online payment method. Your bank details are completely encrypted and protected. We do not save your bank details. This is also why we ask you to enter them again for each new order on our website.

How long does the delivery of my order take?

Your order will be delivered quickly. The majority of our products are in stock at our Irigny depot near Lyon.

It takes 3 to 4 business days to receive the ordered items.

If the ordered products are not available, this will be displayed on the product page and you will be notified by email. We will then deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Can my order be shipped abroad?

Yes, we deliver our products within all countries of Europe.

For the purchase of a plancha, the delivery is offered free of charge, regardless of the selected European country.

Le Kokko
Comment nettoyer le barbecue Kokko ?

L'entretien courant du barbecue Kokko est très simple. Après chaque utilisation, les cendres vont vers le bas du barbecue. Les cendres peuvent être retirées à paritr de l'ouverture de l'entrée d'air en inox (à l'avant du Kokko). 

L'accessoire Plateau et pelle inox récupérateur de cendre permet un nettoyage plus simple encore car les cendres sont difirées directement dans le bac en inox. 

La partie extérieure en céramique se nettoie à l'eau avec une éponge. 

La partie intérieure se nettoie en plusieurs étapes.
Chaque élément à l'intérieur est amovible et se retire facilement.
Les cendres peuvent être nettoyées à l'aide d'une brosse. 


Le Kokko peut-il rester en extérieur toute l'année ?

Oui, la céramique est parfaitement résistante en extérieur. Les éléments en métal sont en inox ou en fonte émaillée, assurant ainsi une parfaite protection à l'humidité et assurant que le produit ne rouille pas. 

Les housses de protection permettent notamment de bien protéger votre barbecue Kokko de la poussière, des traces de pluie ou encore du pollen.


Quel est l'intérêt d'avoir une grille de barbecue de 8mm d'épaisseur ? 

Le Kokko est doté de grilles de cuisson de 8mm d'épaisseur, en inox. Cette épaisseur importante permet une entretien simple car chaque fil d'inox est large et peut être nettoyé à l'aide d'une éponge gratante ou d'une brosse sans difficultés.

What is the satisfied or refunded guarantee?

Kokko offers you a 30-day money-back guarantee (from the date of receipt of your package) to return your products to us if you are not satisfied.

Upon receipt of your package, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply contact our customer service by phone at +33 (0) 4 82 53 76 13 (not surcharged) or by contact form.

The refund of your order will be made within 24 hours after receipt of the returned package.


What is included in the warranty on the Kokko barbecue and how long does it last?

The Kokko barbecue is guaranteed for 10 years all parts.

The entire product is therefore included in the warranty. You will not have to pay any additional costs to change a part. Everything is done remotely by sending the part to be replaced at our expense.
