Where can I find the tracking number of my order?

The tracking number of your order will be communicated to you via email and in your Verycook account as soon as your order has been shipped. You can easily find them in your customer account under: Orders - order history - click on "DETAILS" to retrieve your tracking number.


How long does the delivery of my order take?

Your order will be delivered quickly. The majority of our products are in stock at our Irigny depot near Lyon.

It takes 3 to 4 business days to receive the ordered items.

If the ordered products are not available, this will be displayed on the product page and you will be notified by email. We will then deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Can my order be shipped abroad?

Yes, we deliver our products within all countries of Europe.

For the purchase of a plancha, the delivery is offered free of charge, regardless of the selected European country.

You will find the details of all transport options on the page: "Transport and delivery".

I received my package damaged, what do I do?

Aiiiiie ... sorry sorry sorry, we will do everything possible to solve the problem as soon as possible!

In the packaging of our products, we pay great attention to the utmost care. A damaged package is therefore rather rare, but this case can still happen. If you are affected by this problem, just let us know.

So do not worry, we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible - with the least amount of work for you.

1) Send us a small photo of the damaged article by email to: [email protected]

2) We will respond to you as soon as possible and will send you a replacement for the defect part or product.

Can I pick up my order directly at the Verycook warehouse in Lyon?

Yes,

it is possible to pick up the order directly in our warehouse. If you place an order on our website, you can select the option "pickup at the warehouse" on our site. Your order will be prepared very quickly and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as the order is ready to be picked up.


How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order through your account on our website (www.verycook.co.uk). In your account you will find a tracking number with which you will be able to track your order in real time.


Can I change my delivery address?

Yes !


If your package is already gone, you can change the delivery address directly on the tracking link of the GLS carrier.


If your packages are not yet gone, you can send us an email at [email protected] so that we can make the change.


Can I have a different billing address and delivery address ?

Yes !

To do this, simply add your delivery address and billing address once your personal information is complete.

Fill in your delivery address then click on :

The billing address is different from the delivery address

Then complete your billing address and Continue .

Here are the two addresses are added to your order!


Can I choose a delivery time period?

Yes !

As soon as your order is shipped, a time slot is defined by the carrier for delivery.

If the time slot is not convenient for you, you can make the change directly on the carrier's site from tracking link for the package.


Quelle est la date de livraison de mon Kokko ?

DĂšs l'instant oĂč votre commande est passĂ©e, il faut compter en moyenne un dĂ©lai de livraison de 72h  environs si tous les articles sont en stock. Si vous avez un jour de prĂ©fĂ©rence, il vous suffit de nous laisser un commentaire lorsque vous passez votre commande.

Vous pouvez suivre la livraison dans votre espace Mon compte > Historique des commandes > Détails.

Sous le détail de la commande "Suivre votre commande pas à pas", il y a un ou plusieurs liens pour suivre vos colis sur le site du transporteur.

Avec les liens de suivi, vous pourrez voir quelle est la date de livraison prévue.
