Pizza with figs and goat cheese
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients
1 pizza dough
150g
fresh goat cheese 20 gr of grated Parmesan
8 beautiful figs
20 cl tomato sauce
1 c. oregano dried
2 c. tablespoon of honey
Olive oil Salt, pepper
3 Fines ham slices 1
handle rocket
Preparation:
1. Roll out the pizza dough. Spread the tomato sauce, salt and pepper, add a little olive oil. Distribute the crumbled goat cheese, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
2. Cut the figs into slices and add them to the entire surface of the pizza. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a little honey and dried oregano.
3. Bake in Kokko ten minutes. Let cool slightly pizza before serving with prosciutto and arugula assaisonée.
