Yakitori beef and cheese

Ingredients
24 beef carpaccio slices
1 c.
tablespoons olive oil The type of cheese Leerdammer
3 c. tablespoons salted soy sauce
1 c. rice vinegar 1 c
. tablespoons sugar powder
1 c. in lime soup
Preparation:
1. First, make your marinade. For this, mix in a bowl the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and lime. Dip the beef carpaccio being careful to separate the slices from each other. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
2. Cut midsize cheese slices and of rectangular shape. Wrap each piece with 2 slices of carpaccio and sew on a skewer.
3. Turn on your Kokko over medium heat and oil it slightly.
4. When hot, place the skewers and return often. Brown for 10 minutes total. The cheese must be melted.
You can accompany your yakitori with miso soup!
