Bricks goat and pears

Ingredients
6 sheets of brick
3 pears
6 small
fresh goat cheese 50 gr butter
Some parsley stems
Preparation:
1. melt the butter in a bowl. Peel pears and cut into strips.
2. Butter the filo pastry brush. On each of them, have in the center of the slats pears and over the goat cheese in half.
3. Add some parsley and fold-shaped liner. Butter once again to weld thickness.
