red mullet fillets on bed of mango
Cooking time: 3 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients
4 beautiful red mullet fillets
1 ripe mango
1 lime
chives, coriander,
dill salt, pepper
olive oil Preparation:
1. Peel and cut mango cubes or strips. Pour the lime juice. Add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil. Reserve in the refrigerator.
2. Turn on your Kokko and oil lightly. Cook the fillets skin side 2 minutes and 1 minute on the flesh side. When cooked, pour a little lemon juice.
3. Training: on a plate, place a little mango salad and red mullet fillet on top. Garnish with a sprig of coriander (or any other herb of your choice).
Tip: You can add tomatoes and peppers and mango salad.
