1 farm chicken 1.4kg
Olive oil
100g barbecue sauce
5 capers
5 pickles
10 mint leaves

Preparation :
1. Switch on your Kokko and set it to an enclosure temperature of 240°C.
2. Cut the chicken along its entire length. Open it flat and flatten it so that it looks like a toad (hence the name crapaudine).
3. Use the skewers to hold the chicken in this position.
4. Remove the poultry and let it rest for 5 minutes.
5. Brush the chicken with barbecue sauce, add capers and pickles, fresh mint leaves and put the chicken back on for 5 minutes with the cap closed to caramelize the sauce so that the chicken is shiny, take it out and enjoy it right away.
