Bar Kokko and turnips
Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 5 min - For 2 people
Ingredients 1 bar of 500 gr Turnips new
Lemon Olive oil Salt and thyme
preparation:
1. Put a little olive oil on your Kokko preheated to medium heat and cook your bar doing 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other.
2. Let rest the bar in a dish that you cover to let it finish cooking. Cut meanwhile your turnips into cubes and cook doing the sour Kokko.
3. Add salt, sprinkle with thyme. That's it it's ready, you can now enjoy your meal!
