Drumsticks sweet and sour chicken
Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 10 min - For 5 people
Ingredients 20 small chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp.
3 tablespoons poultry spice c. Wine vinegar
3 c. soy sauce 3 Tbsp
. tablespoon olive oil
3 c. tablespoon honey 1 clove garlic
Salt, pepper Preparation
1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, pour the olive oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey , spices poultry and crushed garlic. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
2. When ready, dip the chicken drumsticks in the preparation and marinate for 2 hours minimum in the fridge.
3. After the two hours, preheat your Kokko low heat.
4. Place drumsticks on your Kokko and let them cook for about fifteen minutes, turning halfway through cooking. You can pour some marinade over your drumsticks during baking to give them more flavor.
5. Once golden brown, remove them from your griddle and enjoy them hot.
