Salmon and mango pepper
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 20 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 4 salmon steaks
1 mango
1 red pepper
For the sauce:
2 c. tablespoons lemon juice 2 tsp
. of sesame oil
2 c. tablespoons of rice 5
c vinegar. soy sauce
1 shallot finely minced 1 tsp.
tablespoons sesame seeds 1 tsp. coriander finely chopped coffee
Preparation:
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients and book frais..
2. Remove the skin and remove the stones your mango you then cut into strips. Do the same for the pepper. Cool and refrigerate.
3. Preheat your Kokko and drop your salmon steaks on one side and mango and bell pepper on the other side.
4. Make cook salmon 5 minutes on each side putting the sauce on both sides. also sprinkle the sauce pieces of mango and pepper, stir and cook for 10 minutes.
