Tournedos sauce and hazelnuts

Ingredients 4 beef tournedos
100g hazelnut powder
200 ml fresh cream

parsley 1 C. tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
1. Slice your onions and let them brown on Kokko oiled medium heat. Place a small pan on one side of Kokko and pour the onions, 75 g hazelnuts and fresh cream. Salt and pepper, then let heat through a few minutes over low heat.
2. Turn the other side of Kokko very high heat and lightly oil with olive oil. Once your hot Kokko have tournedos and take them 2 minutes on each side (or longer for medium doneness).
3. Serve immediately your dish. Arrange your tournedos with hazelnut sauce and enjoy.
