Sautéed Beef with 5 spices
Cooking time: 20 min - Preparation time: 30 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 300 g beef 1 large onion
2 chives 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 c
. Coffee granulated sugar 1/2 tsp
. Coffee
black pepper 1 tsp. Pan coffee curry
1 c. mixing coffee "5 spices" Salt
Olive oil Preparation:
1. Preheat Kokko high heat.
2. Cut meat into small thin slices and reserve in a bowl.
3. Slice the onion and chives and put these two condiments aside.
4. Water your meat soy sauce, sugar, curry and mix "five spices". Place the onions on the griddle and fry for 1 minute.
5. Add the meat and cook for 3 minutes until it is colored without it becoming hard.
6. Turn off your Kokko while continuing to stir the mixture. Sprinkle with chives and salt.
