Skewer sweet potatoes so tandoori
Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 10 min - For 5 people
Ingredients 5 sweet potatoes
3 c. quark soup
1/2 Lime 1 tsp. tablespoon tandoori
1 mixture c. cumin
1 c. curry powder 1/2 bunch coriander
Salt and pepper Preparation:
1. Prepare the marinade for kebabs: mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, spices and finely chopped coriander.
2. Peel sweet potatoes, cut them into cubes of about 3 cm and cook about ten minutes in a pan of simmering salted water until tender.
