1. Preheat Kokko high heat.
2. Peel and chop the onion and tomatoes.
3. Put the onions with half the white wine and let reduce them. Then ask the molds your Kokko and pour the remaining wine glass until they open. Allow to cool slightly and remove them from their shells.
4. Thread them onto skewers alternating with tomatoes.
Enjoy hot or cold!
Tip: Serve the skewers with a sauce made with the mussel juice and a little saffron that is heated with a dollop of cream. You can vary by cooking mussels with curry, for example.
