spicy lamb kebabs

1 kg leg of lamb without bone
2 red onions 2
yellow pepper 2 cloves 'crushed garlic
4 c. tablespoon olive oil
1 c. cumin coffee powder
1 c. Coffee ginger powder chili powder 1

1 lemon Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Cut the meat into large cubes. Detail the peppers into pieces and onions into quarters. Thread onto skewers alternating pieces of meat, onions and peppers.
2. Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil, spices, garlic, chopped mint, lemon juice and lemon zest.
3. Pour over the skewers and marinate at least 2 hours, turning regularly.
4. Heat the Kokko. Lightly oil the top and cook the skewers 10 to 15 minutes.
