Grilled Salmon with dill and smoked bacon

6 salmon steaks
12 thin slices of smoked
bacon 30 cl dry white wine
1 lemon Some branches
few dill sprigs of thyme

1. in a large dish, mix the marinade different elements: the white wine, the lemon juice, thyme and a few grinds of pepper.
2. Place the salmon steaks and marinate in the fridge at least one hour. Turn fish pieces regularly.
3. At the last minute, drain the fish and wrap each pad with two slices of bacon. Slip some dill stems from the bacon and fish.
4. Cook the fish on hot and lightly oiled Kokko, 5 minutes on each side.
5. Serve with some wild rice and small grilled fennel.
