Pizza with Mediterranean vegetables and ricotta
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 25 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 1 pizza dough ready to roll
1 small zucchini 1/2 red pepper 1/2
yellow poiron
20 cl tomato sauce 100g ricotta
50 g mozzarella 1 c.
oregano Salt and pepper Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into ronndelles and peppers into thin strips. Cook the vegetables on the griddle lightly oiled ten minutes.
2. Unroll pizza dough. Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface. Add salt and pepper.
3. Divide then crumbled ricotta, mozzarella cut into small pieces and vegetables. Add salt and pepper.
