Flambéed bananas, orange sauce and grapes
Cooking time: 20 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 6 people
Ingredients 6 bananas not too ripe
Rum 10cl 50cl orange juice
50 gr
raisins Preparation:
1. soak the raisins in warm water for ten minutes.
2. Pour the orange juice into a saucepan and reduce by half. Add at the end the drained raisins and allow to cool off the heat.
3. Heat the Kokko. Remove the whole bananas with the skin on the plate and cook for ten minutes on each side. The bananas must blacken.
4. To serve, open the top and lightly spread the skin. Pour the rum and flambé. Place on plates and serve with the sauce and grapes in orange.
Tip: You can replace the rum with the great Marnier or Chartreuse p>.
