Eggplant with feta

Ingredients
2 Eggplant
200 g feta
200 g of minced beef
Tomato Sauce
Oil olive
Herbs of provence Preparation:
1. Preheat Kokko low heat. Wash eggplants and cut into slices of 2 cm thick in the height direction. Sprinkle salt and a little sugar to make them disgorge.
2. On your Kokko, place the eggplant slices and cook 5 minutes on each side in olive oil. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat with tomato sauce and herbs de provence.
3. Then fill the eggplant tomato mixture, minced meat and place cubes of feta on preparation to melt.
