Ingredients
8 large slices of smoked bacon
4 eggs
200g Paris mushrooms fresh
4
sausages 4 slices of bread
1 can of white beans in tomato sauce
Salt, pepper Preparation
1. Clean with water your Paris mushrooms and cut diagonally your bread slices .
2. Preheat Kokko high heat. On one side, pour red beans, smoked bacon and sausages.
3. On the other, over low heat, break your eggs, remove the mushrooms and drop your bread slices for browned. After two minutes, you can return them.
4. Make the plate: remove red beans and mushrooms in Paris. Then the eggs and then the meat: bacon and sausages. Season to taste.
Serve hot!
