Chicken Skewers crunchy peanut butter
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 Ingredients skewers
2 chicken breasts 4 c. Coffee peanut butter
2 tbsp. coffee honey
1 c. coffee aroma Maggi
Viandox or 1 c. lemon juice soup
1 c. tablespoon oil
A handful of shelled peanuts
Preparation:
1. Crush coarsely previously shelled peanuts.
2. Cut chicken into cubes.
3. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, viandox, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
4. Put the chicken pieces in the marinade and coat well.
5. Add the peanuts and mix. Marinate 1 hour in the refrigerator.
6. Now crochet 4 skewers with chicken pieces.
7. Grill the skewers ten minutes on Kokko taking care to return regularly.
Tip: The marinade peanut butter allows the meat does not dry out and thus remain soft.
