Brioche lost raspberry

Ingredients
4 slices of brioche
2 eggs
25 cl milk
1 packet of vanilla sugar
250 g
raspberries 60 g sugar
Preparation:
1. in a flat whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla sugar. Turn on your Kokko over medium heat and let it heat 2 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, soak your brioche slices in the prepared mixture. Arrange the slices on Kokko and brown for 1 minute on each side.
3. On the other side of Kokko, pour half the sugar and arrange the raspberries on top and finish covering with remaining sugar. The sugar will caramelize and raspberries. Stir regularly for 4 minutes.
4. Serve your brioche with caramelized raspberries on top. Eat while it's hot!
