IINGREDIENTS:
110g of soft butter
180g of brown sugar
4g of salt
1 egg
160g of flour
90g of nuts
170g chocolate chips

1. Switch on your Kokko and reach an enclosure temperature of 210°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make a homogeneous paste, then form a roll about 6cm in diameter, set aside in a cool place until the paste becomes very firm.
3. Heat your ceramic stone 15 minutes before baking your cookies.
4. Cut the roll into individual cookies one centimetre wide, place them on the pizza tray and bake the cookies, so that they are brown on the outside and almost raw in the middle. Remove them and let them cool so that they become crispy outside, soft inside. Leave for 20 mins before serving.
