Honey cake with hazelnut and figs

INGREDIENTS:
130g of flour
100g hazelnuts in powder form
80g of honey
3 whole eggs
12g baking powder
1 vanilla bean
50g of liquid cream
100g of butter
50g hazelnuts crushed
3 purple figs

PREPARATION:
1. Switch on your Kokko and set the enclosure temperature to 250°C, close the air inlet doors to put the Kokko in downward heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the honey, cream and melted butter, add the crushed hazelnuts, hazelnut powder, scraped vanilla pod, flour and baking powder.
3. Make the dough homogeneous and pour it into a baking paper and wooden mould, cut the figs in half and place them above the softness.
4. Cook the softness on the hot lava stone for 25 minutes, take it out and let it cool down.
