Sautéed St. Jacques on bed of zucchini
Cooking time: 20 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people Ingredients
2 small zucchini 24 Walnut St. Jacques
onion 1 tsp.
tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Preheat Kokko low heat. Wash zucchini carefully and cut them into thick slices.
2. Place the slices on your griddle for around fifteen minutes, turning halfway cooked. Season to taste.
3. During the same time on the other side of your stainless steel griddle, cook the Saint Jacques. and chopped onion for about ten minutes with a drizzle of olive oil.
