Grilled shrimp with ginger
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 6 people
Ingredients 18 large prawns 1 red onion
2 cloves garlic 1 piece ginger 1cm 1/2 bunch coriander
3 limes 2 tbsp. tablespoons fish sauce
2 c.
tablespoon olive oil 1 peak chili pepper
Preparation:
1. Remove the heads of prawns. Prick them on skewers.
2. Prepare marinade: mix the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, grated ginger, chopped coriander, zest and juice of limes, oil, nuoc mam, the chili and pepper. Pour the marinade over the shrimp in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut the remaining limes into quarters.
3. Grill the shrimp and lemons ten minutes on a hot Kokko. Sprinkle shrimp with grilled lemon juice.
Tip: Serve with a dry and fruity white wine p>.
