calamari with parsley

Ingredients:
400g prepared squid (emptied) ca 4
4 tablespoons apricots olive oil
1 bunch of parsley 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Salt, pepper Preparation
1. Wash, dry and chop finely parsley
2. in a bowl, mix the olive oil, parsley, pepper, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the squid into small sections to create quite thin rings. Put them in a bowl.
4. Pour the sauce over the squid and stir well.
5. Heat the griddle and cook over squid during 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
