cutlet recipe with Cajun spices

Ingredients:


4 pork cutlets 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon
lemon juice 1 tablespoon Cajun spices (cumin, oregano, paprika, sweet pepper, mustard seeds)
1 c. Coffee
thyme salt, pepper, garlic Preparation


1. Mix in a large dish, olive oil, lemon juice, Cajun spices, salt and pepper with garlic .

2. Add the pork cutlets, returning several times so that they permeate much of the marinade.

3. Place cool for 30 minutes, turn the cutlets and put cool for 30 minutes.

4. Heat the gas plancha on the strongest fire.

5. Take each cutlet pork pierce there by in by in the longitudinal direction by two wooden skewers.

6. Cut the pork cutlet in the center to obtain two skewers.

7. Oil the griddle surface and remove the obtained skewers 8.

8. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the pork cutlets.

9. This cut will keep the pork cutlets in a single flat piece well.
